How to order
We have worked hard to find new ways to bring John Dory’s to you whilst keeping our customers and staff safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. Here is all you need to know about how to get your John Dory’s.
- Call our order line 02896 209420 and select the John Dory’s location you require.
- Let us know if you would like to order for collection or delivery
- If you would like to pre-order, we can take orders up to 7 days in advance, just let us know your preferred date and time
and we’ll get in touch to confirm.
- Provide details of your food order including any dietary requirements or allergies, name and phone number. If you require delivery please also include your address and any delivery notes.
- We’ll review the order and be in touch to take payment and confirm details.
Online - for delivery
- Place your order online by visiting the “order online” link in the top navigation or by using the John Dory’s app
- Select Order for Delivery and check if your address is within our new, extended delivery area.
- If your address is in our delivery radius, proceed with your order and complete the payment online.
- We will call you if we have any queries with your order or how to find you or, if for some reason we need to amend your delivery slot.
- Our delivery driver will deliver your food to your door, ring your bell or call the number provided to alert you of your food’s arrival.
There is no need for you to have any unnecessary contact with anyone as part of this process.
