The Concept Behind John Dorys
We are a ‘Traditional Fish and Chip Shop’ selling mainly fish and a range of burgers, pasties, sausages and chicken products.
Our units are designed along a more traditional line, using reclaimed bricks, etched windows/mirrors and expanses of mahogany to create quite a rustic old world charm.
Our food production areas are however state of the art with no expense spared in providing the best equipment available.
The Menu although extensive comes from our ‘back to basics’ approach of doing things properly without compromising quality for convenience.
Meticulous sourcing of suppliers, staff training, careful preparation and a never compromised rule of only cooking our fish to order ensures we always serve the best.
It’s the combination of the freshest ingredients, traditional cooking methods and unbeatable value for money that's makes a visit to John Dory's so special.
